Your first visit to Big Valley will be refreshing, and enjoyable for your whole family. We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcomed. Here are a few things that will help make your first visit a great experience.

FOR YOUR KIDS
From start to finish, we strive to make your families’ time with us a great experience. We have nursery and toddler-age classes available. Our older kids and teen ministry is a future plan for us at this time. The next generation is extremely important! We do not want to just "entertain" children, but point them towards a responsible adult life, embracing maturity, and a passionate life for our Lord Jesus Christ!
WHAT TO EXPECT
When it comes to what we are and what we offer it’s simple. We offer preaching from Pastor Dave that is rooted and relevant to your daily life. We make no apology for preaching the Bible not opinions. We offer uplifting music, friendly child-care, and a loving church family.
What will happen when I visit for the first time.
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.
How Long Are the Services?
A typical service at Big Valley Bible Church lasts about 60-75 minutes.
What should I wear?
We do not set a dress code to visit Big Valley Bible Church, but you will find that the folks who attend dress anywhere from comfortable casual to semi-formal. While we seek to honor God in how we present ourselves, we are most interested in presenting to you the God of the Bible, who loves you and died for you.
Will I have to participate?
Here at BVBC we hope and pray that one day you will want to participate and be a part of God’s vision for this community but until then we are just thrilled to have you visiting and enjoying our services.
How can I meet others and get connected?
There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending our Sunday School class at 9:30am. In each of our services, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
How much does it cost?
Nothing of course! We do take up an offering; because to give back to God from what He has given us, is another way we can worship Him but we never ask a visitor to give. Our needs are met by the free-will offerings of our people.
What is your pastor like?
Pastor Dave cares about each and every person that visits and attends. He realizes that there are many places a person could choose to worship. His desire is to love people as God would have him to, and to point them to the One who can meet every need of their heart. The best way to do this is to faithfully preach the Word of God, and to be a-vailable to the members of the church and to visitors as well.
